You become what you think about

A few years ago my friend’s son completed reading the book The Power of Positive Thinking by Norman Vincent Peale at the age of 11 (his dad offered him $20.00 to complete the book). When asked what he learned most from the book he stated:"You become what you think about most of the time. And the most important part of each day is what you think about at the beginning of that day."
When you read the biographies and autobiographies of successful men and women you’ll find that almost every one of them began their upward trajectory to success when they began getting up early in the morning and spending time with themselves, visualizing, seeing and feeling their dreams and the positive outcomes. We all need to feed our minds with positive ideas.

So, for today I would like to leave you with one of my favourite quotes :
"Every new day begins with possibilities. It's up to us to fill it with the things that move us toward progress and peace. " - Ronald Reagan
